The plain terms for reading, citing and reusing what TOSWO publishes.
By using this site you agree to the terms below. They are short on purpose.
What you may do
- Read, share and quote any page. Please cite us; see how to cite.
- Use the public data and API under the limits in the API documentation. Be reasonable: cache what you can, do not hammer the API, and do not present our data as your own.
- Download the continuity archive items and share them. Each item keeps its own license, which we show next to it.
What you may not do
- Attack, overload or probe the site beyond its public interfaces. To report a vulnerability, see the security page.
- Submit false reports on purpose, or flood the report form.
- Use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. The brand page has the rules.
Content and licenses
Text, charts and data we publish are free to share with attribution unless a page says otherwise. Imported records keep the license of their source; we name it. Logos and the name TOSWO are ours, used under the brand rules.
No warranty
The monitor, the risk level, the Day Zero guides and the downloads are provided as is, in good faith, and can be wrong or late. They are information, not advice. Do not rely on them where a mistake could harm someone; in an emergency call your local emergency number. We are not liable for loss that comes from relying on them, to the extent the law allows.
